Triathlon Training

You Don’t Have To Train Alone!

While some athletes prefer to train by themselves, there are those of us who prefer the accountability that comes with training with a workout partner or group. Not only have I learned a great deal about form, sequence, and details from other athletes I have to admit the social part of working out with a friend feeds my soul as well.

If you are looking to learn more about training for a triathlon or are just looking to increase your social circle – check out the FREE training opportunities posted on the Grand Rapids Triathlon website at: http://www.grandrapidstriathlon.com/Training.php

Be sure to join our Grand Rapids Tri Athlete Facebook Forum to connect with other athletes doing our event. You can also check out our Tri Club page to see if there is a team in the area you can connect with and become part of.
