Registration opens up at noon on July 23, 2021 for the 2022 event. Pricing is done with a tiered model (tiers 1-4) based on quantity of spots NOT on date. Tier 1 is the most affordable with pricing increasing as tiers go up.
There are will be no refunds given if transferring to a shorter distance race. If you transfer to a longer distance or relay, you will be required to pay the difference between what you paid for your registration and the current price of the event you are transferring. Our registration system will allow you to make these changes yourself by logging in and updating your own registration up until 45 days before the event. After that, you can contact Lori Ott (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you want to change your event.
Since many of our costs are incurred prior to race day and are non-refundable, we do not issue refunds for races for any reason. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule the race prior to race day, you will be given options that may include:
- Deferring to next year’s race
- Switching to another Tris4Health Race
- Racing virtually
If you are not OK with any of these options, please do not register for this event.
Withdrawal requests must be received in writing NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT via E-mail to email@example.com. If for any reason, you need to withdraw from a race you have already registered, you can request in writing a 50% discount off an equal distance or shorter race by Tris4Health in the following year. For example, if you are currently registered for the half distance triathlon, you will receive a unique discount code to register for a different race the following year. That discount code will give you 50% of what you paid for your event to register for any distance of any future event. Athletes will be allowed to transfer their paid registration to another athlete for a $35 fee. Please email Lori at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to make a registration transfer. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This policy will be strictly adhered to for fairness to all.
