Swim, Bike & Run
Practice Swim: TBD
We will be holding a practice swim at the boat launch located on the corner of Thornapple River Dr. and Buttrick. The Sprint course will be monitored for this practice swim. For longer distances, we ask you swim the Sprint course multiple times but must be out of the water no later than 9:00am.
The cost to attend the swim clinic is $15.
Practice Ride/Run Dates:

These on-course practice rides/runs will begin at Foxtail Coffee in Ada, MI (7399 River St. SE Ada, MI 49301). Join other GRTri athletes to head out on the bike course or run course (or both if you’re up for a brick workout). Ride on the actual bike course. If you plan to run, you’ll be running the bike path that runs parallel to Thornapple River Dr.
